This work is rooted in the legacy of four generations of wise, scrappy, principled women—all named Ruth—and carried forward by my daughter, Maya Ruth. Their stories shape the heart of Ruth Co.: a commitment to leadership that is as bold as it is grounded, as full of possibility as it is enduring.
With experience in social movements, nonprofits, and business leadership, I know how disorienting it can be to lead with purpose in systems not built for wholeness. I also know this: meaningful change is never a solo act. It requires connection. Reflection. And steady company.
